Responsible business and contact
Commercial enquiries about THANSA are handled by Macro Trips Colombia SAS. To ask about processing, request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent, contact william@thansa.travel. THANSA’s proposed future legal independence is not represented here as already completed.
Information and purpose
We request your name, company, email, country, time zone, expected number of users and enquiry type to respond, assess needs and coordinate a demonstration or proposal. Do not send passwords, card details, identity documents or passenger information. This request does not authorize advertising campaigns.
Website or email enquiries
The page indicates whether direct submission is available. The email alternative prepares a message in your email application: you must send it yourself. Preparing, opening or copying a message does not mean we have received it. Receipt does not confirm an appointment, payment or software access.
Processing and security
The website uses Vercel. When web enquiries are enabled, a commercial request is stored separately from operational records in Supabase, and Resend notifies our team. Our mailbox uses Google Workspace. These providers may process information outside your country. Enquiry details are not published or included in page links.
Retention and requests
Information is used to handle and follow up your enquiry and meet applicable obligations. You can ask us to stop contacting you or review retention using the address above. Automatic deletion is not promised where retention obligations remain. Final contractual information and applicable requirements are reviewed before contracting.
