About this offer
THANSA is software for the internal work of travel agencies and tour operators. This offer is not a sale of travel services to passengers. Commercial enquiries are currently handled by Macro Trips Colombia SAS.
Monthly subscription
USD49 per company per month includes 2 users; each additional user costs USD15 per month. Subscription is paid in advance once onboarding is agreed and available. The initial price is protected for the first 12 months from activation; later changes are communicated before the affected renewal. No lifetime price is offered. You may request cancellation of your next renewal.
Demonstrations and credit
The 20-minute commercial demonstration is free. A personalized 75-minute session costs USD20. A verified session payment provides a one-time USD20 credit against the same company’s first monthly subscription, not per user or on recurring invoices. For the base plan, USD29 would remain payable for the first month, then USD49 monthly, before applicable taxes. A refunded payment does not retain an available credit.
Optional assisted implementation
USD149 once, with scope, hours and deliverables agreed in writing before payment. Extensive migrations, custom development and unlimited personalized support are not included by default. Additional services require a separate quotation.
Availability and confirmation
An enquiry does not create an account, automatically reserve a time or charge you. Independent agency onboarding is confirmed after checking availability, scope and secure data separation. Do not contract or pay through unverified links. USD checkout remains pending payment-provider enablement and verification.
Before any payment
We confirm the billing business, USD amount, applicable taxes, agreed service and date, and rescheduling, cancellation or refund conditions. These pages do not activate automatic debits or annual subscriptions. Any existing individual offer will be reviewed with you before replacement.
